Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

Für eigene Inhalte in der App und auf unseren Websites sind wir nach den allgemeinen Gesetzen verantwortlich. Für Inhalte, die Nutzer einstellen, haften wir nach Maßgabe der Art. 4 bis 6 der Verordnung (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) erst ab dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem wir von einer konkreten Rechtsverletzung Kenntnis erlangen. Die App und unsere Websites enthalten Links zu externen Seiten Dritter, etwa zu Artikeln auf warhammer-community.com. Auf deren Inhalte haben wir keinen Einfluss; verantwortlich ist der jeweilige Anbieter. Bei Bekanntwerden von Rechtsverletzungen entfernen wir solche Links umgehend.

Die von uns erstellten Inhalte, Texte und Gestaltungen unterliegen dem deutschen Urheberrecht. Eine Verwertung außerhalb der gesetzlichen Grenzen bedarf unserer schriftlichen Zustimmung. Fotos aus der Community gehören ihren Urhebern; die Nutzungsrechte regeln unsere AGB.

Please do not send packages or parcels to this address; they will be refused.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

We are responsible under general law for our own content in the app and on our websites. For content posted by users, we are liable under Articles 4 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) only from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement, at which point we remove unlawful content without delay. Please send notices to support@hobbyarmory.de.

Liability for links

The app and our websites contain links to external third-party pages, such as articles on warhammer-community.com. We have no influence over their content; the respective provider is responsible for it. If we become aware of an infringement, we remove such links promptly.

The content, text and design we create are protected by German copyright law. Any use beyond what the law allows requires our written consent. Community photos belong to their authors; the licence is set out in our Terms of Service.
